Blanca was very helpful when we purchased our first home last year. She understood that as first time home buyers, we had tons of questions and she was always patient and knowledgeable in answering them. She is extremely prompt and detail oriented, which was HUGE in our situation. We were involved with a short sale with a bank and their realtor that were both dragging their heels and letting things slip through the cracks. Even our own lender was dropping the ball. I am convinced if it wasn't for Blanca fighting for us and continually picking up their slack, we would have lost our home. I have and continue to recommend her without reservation for anyone looking for a competent, professional to help them buy or sell their home.
